




**REQUIREMENTS:** · High school diploma or degree in **Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields**. · Minimum **1 to 3 years** of experience in administrative positions. · Experience leading **multidisciplinary work teams**. · Knowledge of operational and administrative management. · Budgetary control and basic accounting processes. · Logistics and dispatch. · Basic Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. · Desired knowledge of **ISO/IEC 17025** and/or experience in technical, industrial, or laboratory companies. · Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency. · Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Plan, organize, and supervise administrative and operational activities. · Lead multidisciplinary teams. · Resolve operational incidents affecting deadlines, service quality, and customer service. · Supervise dispatch processes, ensuring traceability, custody, and timely delivery of equipment. · Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. · Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (ISO/IEC 17025). · Participate in internal and external audits, as well as INACAL evaluations. · Propose continuous improvements to administrative and operational processes.
