**Main Responsibilities:** 1\.Distribute, classify, and archive Clinical Records according to the systems established by the Institution; as well as plan and organize the activities of the Clinical Records Management Unit. 2\.Report to immediate supervisors all significant occurrences and completed activities. 3\.Organize the proper transfer of clinical records to the inactive archive, appropriately cataloging the records to be transferred; as well as maintain the archive orderly and up to date, properly categorizing records with no activity for transfer to the inactive archive. 4\.Ensure availability, security, admission, control, registration, and archiving of clinical records for authorized personnel in healthcare delivery and for relevant legal purposes. 5\.Control the loan and return of clinical records for clinical and administrative services; as well as monitor the timely distribution of necessary materials for the preparation of clinical records and other formats. 6\.Implement internal security measures to safeguard documents, equipment, and/or resources assigned to the unit. **Requirements** * Minimum Qualification: Technical degree in Nursing, Archival Management, Administration, or related fields (e.g., Obstetrics or Nursing). * Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience managing clinical records, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and ideally database management. * Familiarity with MINSA regulations and clinical workflow procedures. * Skills: Organization, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, effective communication, proactivity, and responsibility **Benefits** * Inclusion in a small business payroll. * Reside in Pueblo Libre or nearby areas.
