Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst for the textile area, responsible for process management and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Industrial, Textile, or Administrative Engineering 2. Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 37001:2016 3. Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, Visio) At Carolina Store, we are looking for a **Process Analyst** for the textile area. **Profile** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Diplomas and/or specialized courses in Integrated Management Systems. * Training on occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental legal standards. * Course and/or training in process management and/or BPMN. * Knowledge of and/or implementation experience with Law No. 29783 and its regulations. * Microsoft Office (Intermediate level) **Essential Knowledge:** \- Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 37001:2016 (preferably the 2025 version). \- Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 and solid waste management for garment workshops. \- Process modeling tools such as BPMN or Visio. \- Data handling for management and corporate sustainability indicators. **Considerations** * Immediate availability * Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
