Support in digital campaigns and activations At **WO Agency**, we seek a Community Manager with initiative and eagerness to learn, who will support the daily social media management of various brands. **Responsibilities:** * Basic social media management (Meta and TikTok). * Creation and organization of content calendars. * Scheduling and publishing of content. * Support in digital campaigns and activations. * Basic response to messages and comments. * Monitoring of post performance. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. * Experience managing content calendars and planning content. * Students or graduates in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Proactivity, responsibility, and strong organizational skills. * Prior experience or pre-professional internships are desirable. **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Work Modality:** * On-site in San Juan de Lurigancho.
