A prominent inspection company in the hydrocarbons sector is seeking a LOGISTICS ASSISTANT with experience in the hydrocarbons field and high motivation to join its team. Requirements: \- Graduate (Technical or University degree) in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and Kardex handling. \- Experience in procurement (quotation and supplier sourcing). \- Class A1 driver's license and vehicle driving experience. (Desirable) \- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. \- Availability to work in Talara. Responsibilities: . Quoting, negotiating, and purchasing spare parts, components, and other items. . Tracking supplier delivery orders. . Managing financial disbursements for spare parts purchases. . Receiving, verifying, and storing spare parts, components, supplies, and other items. . Picking and packing merchandise including spare parts, components, supplies, and other items. . Providing logistical support during operations. . Organizing documents and assisting with related tasks. . Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
