Call center executive

We are looking for a **Call center executive** to serve, guide, and support patients through the various communication channels provided by the company, managing appointments and resolving inquiries, delivering a reliable experience consistent with the values of Global Laser. **Main responsibilities:** 1\. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information about the services and campaigns offered by the clinic. 2\. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments in the medical management system. 3\. Follow up with patients requiring evaluations, treatments, or surgeries. 4\. Accurately register each patient's information in the database. 5\. Timely escalate medical inquiries, complaints, or claims to the appropriate departments. 6\. Assist in reminder campaigns, promotions, or customer satisfaction surveys. **Requirements:** Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Reside in Pueblo Libre or areas near the clinic. Immediate availability **Experience:** Minimum 1.5 years in call centers, customer service (preferably in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare) **Skills:** Familiarity with appointment management systems CRM software proficiency Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Clear writing and strong spelling skills. **Soft skills:** Ability to listen, properly interpret instructions, and communicate ideas clearly and effectively Work under pressure Teamwork Results and patient orientation **Benefits:** Formal employment from day one with all statutory benefits Ongoing training in patient care and ophthalmological procedures.
