Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Loading Master to perform loading operations, verify site conditions, coordinate with the team, and strictly adhere to safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform loading operations according to the schedule. 2. Coordinate work with supervisors and operators. 3. Report incidents and maintain order in the area. We require a Loading Master \-Responsibilities * Perform loading operations in accordance with the operational schedule. * Verify site conditions before commencing activities. * Coordinate work with supervisors, operators, and assistants. * Strictly comply with safety procedures. * Report identified incidents, hazards, or deviations. * Maintain order in the assigned area and with assigned materials. Requirements * Minimum two years of experience as a Loading Master. * Minimum two years of experience in underground mining. * Certified experience in this position. * Availability to work under a 14x7 system. * Willingness to work in Huancavelica. * Updated CV and valid Certificate of Employment. Compensation * Reference pay of S/ 90 per PU. * Bonus of S/ 150, subject to company conditions. Salary: S/.2,600\.00 \- S/.2,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
