Position Summary: We are seeking a professional committed to risk prevention to lead safety management in construction projects, with field experience and a strong sense of responsibility. Your main challenges and responsibilities: * **Risk Management:** Implement, supervise, and enforce the Site Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Plan. * **Field Supervision:** Conduct daily inspections of activities to identify unsafe acts and conditions, applying immediate corrective measures. * **Training:** Deliver 5-minute safety talks, safety inductions, and specialized workshops on high-risk tasks (e.g., working at height, hot work, electrical work, etc.). * **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare and update ATS, PETAR, IPERC matrices, and submit monthly accident and safety management indicators reports to management. * **Emergency Response:** Coordinate and train site-based emergency response teams. What We Look for in You (Requirements): * **Education:** Licensed and registered professional in **Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Occupational Hygiene and Safety**. * **Specialization:** Completed diploma or postgraduate program in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (OSH&E). * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Safety Engineer, Supervisor, or Coordinator **exclusively in the construction sector / general construction projects**. * **Soft Skills:** Firm character to enforce regulations, empathy, excellent communication, and leadership to foster a prevention culture.
