Position Summary: Group SANNY is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to manage labor and personnel functions in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead comprehensive human resources management in a construction company. 2. Responsible for compliance with labor and social security regulations. 3. Coordinate training programs and monitor occupational incidents. Group **SANNY**, a leading enterprise in the construction sector in the central region of the country, is seeking a **HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Profession:** Graduate in Accounting, Administration, or Psychology * **General Experience:** 3 years in Human Resources positions * **Specific Experience in Construction Sector:** 1 year **Knowledge:** * Payroll systems: MYPE regime \- Construction regime, T\-register, PLAME, AFP, employment contracts, recruitment and selection, event organization, workplace accidents * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel, leadership, teamwork **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Represent** the company before labor authorities and/or SUNAFIL inspections or other entities. * **Manage** and prepare declarations for AFPNET, PLAME, CONAFOVICER, SCTR, and other employer obligations. * **Deliver** and monitor internal documentation and company procedures. * **Register** employee onboarding and offboarding in the system. * **Monitor** and report attendance, tardiness, absences, leaves, and bonuses. * **Prepare** and calculate monthly payroll. * **Calculate** vacation pay, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, and LBS (Labor Benefits Settlement). * **Report** labor costs for construction sites and offices. * **Manage** labor and social security declarations and obligations. * **Coordinate** and monitor the annual training plan. * **Monitor** occupational incidents and accidents. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
