LOGISTICALS S.A., a leading company in the technology services sector, requires hiring an **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN** to join our technical support and operations team. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical studies in computer science and/or systems. * Minimum of 2 years of experience working in technical support areas. * Knowledge in computer assembly, configuration, and upgrading. * Experience in diagnosing and repairing computing equipment and printers. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office and others). * Availability to work in HUANCAYO \- JUNIN**.** **Responsibilities:** * Perform tasks related to computing equipment. * Maintenance and configuration of projectors. * Generate service reports (reporting). * Responsibly manage follow-up on assigned tasks. * Maintain order, records, and control of documentation related to the responsibilities of the Technical Support and Operations department. **We Offer:** * Competitive market-based compensation. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
