**Join our team!!!!** We are ALKOGROUP, a pharmaceutical laboratory and medical devices company, currently seeking a professional to work as a **Warehouse Assistant.** **REQUIREMENTS:**. * *Technical degree in Industrial Administration or Logistics (PREFERABLY from SENATI)* * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Kardex and BPA standards. * Dynamic, energetic, and capable of learning. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**. * Provide support to the warehouse supervisor with various tasks and functions in order to streamline necessary information for any department. * Support the warehouse supervisor in personnel supervision. * Preparation of logistics and inventory reports. * Management of warehouse operational flows. * Inventory management and control. * Cross-validation of data between system and physical documentation. * Monitoring of expiration dates and traceability. * Assistance in regulatory compliance and audits. * Analysis and control of information. * Support in compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP and GDP). * Tracking of logistics performance indicators.
