What profile are we seeking? **EDUCATIONAL VOCATION:** Genuine passion for working with young children in early childhood and primary education, understanding their rhythms, interests, and needs. **TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE (at least one requirement must be met):** * Training in **classical ballet**. * Physical Education teacher with certified ballet courses. * Ballet dancer with **experience teaching children**. **EXPERIENCE WITH CHILDREN:** * Proven experience working with children aged **3 to 11**. * Ability to adapt ballet in a playful, pedagogical, and age-appropriate manner. **ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Patience, creativity, and empathy. * Strong classroom management skills. * Respectful communication with children and the educational team. * Ethical commitment and personal integrity.
