Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the organization's general accounting and account analysis. 2. Prepare monthly tax filings and perform month-end closing. 3. Ensure compliance with current tax and labor regulations. We are a construction company currently seeking a professional and proactive Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess solid academic training in Accounting and Finance, along with demonstrable experience across various accounting and tax-related areas. Responsibilities * Manage the organization's general accounting. * Analyze accounting accounts and perform bank reconciliations. * Prepare monthly tax filings: IGV, Income Tax, Withholding Taxes, PLAME, PDT, etc. * Experience in monthly and annual financial closing. * Conduct analysis and preparation of financial statements. * Ensure compliance with current tax and labor regulations. * Collaborate on optimizing accounting processes. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar positions. * Knowledge and experience in General Accounting, Taxation, and financial statement preparation. * Proficiency in current tax and labor regulations. * Valid professional license (Colegiatura). * Availability for full-time employment. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. * Proficiency in Contasis accounting software.
