RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Rotation across 4 core areas: Ticketing / Confectionery / Cashier / Maintenance. * Promote and drive sales. * Know movie synopses to provide accurate information to customers. * Receive customer tickets and deliver products. * Guide customers to the correct screening room, providing appropriate information. * Ensure screenings start exactly on time. * Provide high-quality customer service. * Keep work area clean and in good condition. * Assist in cleaning the theater, collecting soda cups and popcorn boxes left on seats. * Follow instructions and suggestions provided by management and/or supervision. **2\. REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 months of experience in customer service, cleaning, or sales. * Must reside in areas near the venue. * Must be able to obtain a sanitation card (carnet de sanidad). * Must have immediate availability. **3\. WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Working hours: FULL TIME: Monday \- Sunday (with one day off per week), from 2pm to 11pm.
