This individual is responsible for all functions of maintenance regarding the following: revenue, profitability, and ensuring the Maintenance Techs/vendors are staying busy with work. With all positions, you must **“treat it like you own it!”** This person must move with urgency on a daily basis, be decisive and assertive, solve problems using data and factual information, and finally, have a knack for detailed, accurate work. This individual should also be able to clearly communicate to all levels within the organization both internal and external. A large responsibility for this position will be supporting all Maintenance Techs and communicating with our vendors. Your job is to provide oversight to the Maintenance Techs and to ensure they understand the full scope and the why behind their role.
