Collaboration in analyzing and improving business processes **Job Description:** An Agro-Industrial company is seeking a Systems Assistant and Developer. **PROFILE** Graduate technician from a university or institute with knowledge in: Programming languages (C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, TypeScript, Next.js, Visual .NET) Databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Mongoose). **RESPONSIBILITIES** Maintenance and Technical Support (Monitor the SSF system to ensure its availability and performance. Resolve technical issues affecting SSF operation. Assist end users in system usage and resolving queries or problems.) SSF Development and Customization (Program and customize SSF modules to adapt them to the company's specific needs. Develop new modules or functions according to departmental requirements. Modify reports, queries, and outputs generated by the SSF to meet the company's analytical requirements.) Database Management (Maintain databases associated with the SSF, ensuring data integrity, security, and backup.) User Training (Train end users on SSF system usage and new features. Prepare user guides.) Security and Access Control (Configure user roles and permissions within the SSF system to ensure only authorized personnel have access to specific functions or data.) System Updates (Plan and execute SSF updates, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure. Conduct post-update testing and validation to verify that new modules and improvements function correctly.) Process Analysis and Improvement (Collaborate with teams across different company departments to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.)
