Participation in validation and updating of WBS and Sectorization **PROJECT PLANNING ENGINEER** ========================================== Company: CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) Location: Projects Our company **CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) (P030\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **PROJECT PLANNING ENGINEER** **Job Objective** ----------------------- Coordinate planning and production management processes, following the company's project management methodologies and procedures, to ensure optimal handling of flows and resources for construction processes. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Participate in validation and updating of WBS and Sectorization (areas and/or systems), and coordinate alignment of the Phasing Plan for project control with other tools (e.g., RUP, RO, etc.). * Participate in development and monitoring of the contract requirements list to identify duties and obligations of each party regarding planning and productivity. * Develop the internal project schedule in coordination with the production department, establishing time-bound targets and resources aligned with the contractual schedule to ensure continuous workflow during execution\*. * Identify and analyze progress deviations, prepare project schedule scenarios, and estimate their impacts to issue timely alerts to project management. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Planning/Planning Engineer in electromechanical and/or mining construction projects. * Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Excel. * Residency in Arequipa or nearby southern regions of the country and/or willingness to work on a 21x7 basis in Arequipa.
