Apply now for the position of: **MECHANIC TECHNICIAN** What does our ideal candidate look like? * Graduates of Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Mechatronics, or related programs. * Experience with gasoline engines and systems, and scanner operation. * Knowledge and experience with systems (engine, brakes, suspension). * Possession of graduation certificate and/or degree. * Valid A1 driver’s license (desirable). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in the district of San Borja. What would be your responsibilities? * Responsibly record assigned faults as directed by the Control Tower. * Immediately inform the Control Tower of any system issues, fault changes, or unplanned stoppages. * Responsibly record stoppages using the following codes: W1\=Cleaning and maintenance, W2\=Downtime, W3\=Workshop training, W4\=Defective work, and W8\=Lunch; at the end of each stoppage, enter the specific reason for the stoppage in the system. * Generate preliminary diagnostics for assigned technical faults. * Thoroughly review the entire history of the assigned vehicle in SIMA. Generate service and/or repair quotations as required. * Enter both MOs (Maintenance Orders) and spare parts into the pending budget fault for advisor review.
