Company: Graffix Publicidad SAC Salary: S/ 1,250– S/ 1,500 (based on evaluation) Job Type: Full-time **Job Description** At Graffix Publicidad SAC, a company specializing in the sale of promotional items, we seek an organized, analytical, and proactive Purchasing Coordinator/Analyst to ensure proper supply management, supplier negotiation, and cost optimization in the procurement of products and supplies. **Requirements** * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain. * Knowledge of procurement management, supplier negotiation, and cost control. * Proficiency in Excel and management systems. * Analytical and negotiation skills. * Residence in areas near San Juan de Miraflores (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Manage and execute procurement processes for materials and supplies. * Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers. * Request quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery times. * Negotiate commercial terms (prices, payment terms, credit). * Issue purchase orders and track deliveries. * Coordinate with warehouse/production and sales departments. * Maintain up-to-date supplier database. * Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis. * Coordinate with internal departments as required. * Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings in procurement. **Benefits** * Salary between S/ 1,250 \- S/ 1,500 (based on evaluation) * Clear career path. * Excellent work environment. * Ongoing training.
