




Main Responsibilities: 1. Support in preventive and corrective maintenance: - Provide support in maintaining industrial kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, refrigerators, blenders, exhaust systems, etc.). - Conduct periodic inspections to detect malfunctions or anomalies. 2. Maintenance control and record keeping: - Maintain records of completed maintenance tasks and schedule upcoming interventions. - Update technical reports and equipment control sheets. 3. Support in basic installations and repairs: - Assist in minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. - Support installation or relocation of equipment and technical furniture. Requirements: - Minimum of 9 months of experience in similar roles. Benefits: - Formal employment under MYPE payroll starting from the third month. - Salary of 1500 soles.
