**SPECIALIST ENGINEER IN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH**
* A degree in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering, Natural Resources Engineering, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Fluid Mechanics Engineering is required.
* A minimum of **forty-eight (48)** months of effective professional experience is required as a Specialist, Engineer, Supervisor, Head, Responsible Officer, Coordinator, or any combination thereof, in occupational safety and health, occupational safety and hygiene, construction site safety, workplace safety, safety, occupational health and environmental safety and health, occupational health, or implementation of occupational safety and hygiene plans; and/or as a Specialist, Engineer, Supervisor, Head, Responsible Officer, Resident, or any combination thereof, in: environmental matters, environmental mitigation, environmentalist roles, environmental monitoring, environmental impact assessment, environmental management, or environmental protection; and/or in the execution and/or inspection and/or supervision of works within **THE SPECIALTY AND SUBSPECIALTIES INDICATED IN THE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT A** for key personnel designated as **SPECIALIST ENGINEER IN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH**, calculated from the date of professional registration. (Experience older than **twenty-five years** prior to the bid submission date shall not be considered.)
* ***The following specialty and subspecialties are required:*** Construction, reconstruction, remodeling, renovation, improvement, expansion, and/or rehabilitation of national, departmental, and provincial highways; bridges; viaducts; grade-separated interchanges; tunnels; and related works. ("Related works" shall be understood as those directly associated with the typologies corresponding to each subspecialty.)
* A master’s degree and/or doctorate is required.
* ***Any of the following certifications—or equivalent certifications issued by such institutions—is required:*** Project Management Institute (PMI), Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC), Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE – NEC), Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Stanford University – VDC Certificate, BuildingSMART International, Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Autodesk, American Concrete Institute (ACI), International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), IPMA International Project Management Association, in: Building Information Modeling (BIM), Project Management for Results (PM4R), Project Management Professional (PMP), or any other certification related to project management, contract management, or project leadership.
