This is an administrative position within the Operations department. **Main Responsibilities:** This role involves direct communication with end customers to coordinate and manage maintenance of their vehicles. Additionally, the incumbent must record and update information in the client's main system to ensure proper service scheduling. Other related duties may be assigned according to operational needs. **Requirements:** Applicants must have completed **secondary education** and a **minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service**, preferably in administrative or operational environments. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain appropriate communication with customers is essential. **Working Conditions:** Work schedule: **Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.**, with a **1-hour lunch break**. Employment under the **MYPE – Small Business payroll system**. **Benefits:** Base salary: S/1,200 Bonus: S/300 **Important Considerations:** Availability to work overtime when required by operations.
