Job Summary: We are looking for a Fault Technician to diagnose and resolve faults in the optical fiber network, providing customer service and supporting FTTH installations. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site handling and resolution of FTTH faults. 2. Diagnosis of faults in the optical fiber network and at the customer’s premises. 3. Restoration of service with appropriate customer service. Our client, a major Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in optical fiber internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Fault Technician**. What are the main responsibilities? * Handle and resolve FTTH service faults on-site. * Diagnose faults in the optical fiber network and at the customer’s premises. * Restore service within established timeframes and service level agreements. * Provide appropriate and clear customer service during repairs. * Support FTTH installations when operations require it. * Record work orders, evidence, and measurements in the system. What are we looking for? * Students or graduates in Networking and Telecommunications, Communication Technologies, Electronics, Systems, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Basic MS Office skills; proficiency in management applications, optical fiber installation and connectorization; experience working at heights. * Service-oriented, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
