




**Location:** Lima Factory **Schedule:** Full-time, On-site **Reports to:** Plant Manager Food and Beverages **Position Purpose:** Delight consumers, build strong brands, and achieve business results **A Day in the Life of...** * Develop and validate POES. * Ensure compliance with corrective actions (BBQ, MRQ, internal and external audits). * Ensure quality systems operate effectively and monitor key parameters. * Participate as a member of the HACCP team. * Ensure line forms include relevant information for finished product validation. * Develop and validate line forms. * Track raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished products held at the plant; file claims for out-of-specification raw materials and packaging materials. * Train production-line staff on Quality and SHE. * Conduct quality training for production-line staff. * Safety: Lead workplace risk identification; safeguard one’s own safety and that of fellow colleagues by adhering to safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents. **Competencies:** * Internal Collaboration * Courage * Ownership * Agility * Resilience
