Responsibilities: * Manage new developments or optimizations, applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. * Participate in daily agile follow-up meetings, backlog refinement, biweekly planning, and feedback sessions with the architect and developers. * Participate in acceptance testing with end users, document observations, and manage their resolution. * Collaborate on vendor service oversight, reporting executed tasks, timelines, and service quality. * Facilitate communication and joint work between technical and non-technical departments. * Coordinate, monitor, and escalate issues with operational or administrative departments for alert resolution. * Perform operations, maintenance, and incident handling across various platforms. * Conduct High Availability tests and Health Checks for VAS Managers and Services. What we need from you: 2 years of experience in Automations and/or OSS, VAS platforms. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Knowledge of Mobile Networks (TELCO).
