The pre-professional Technical Support Intern’s primary objective is to provide operational support to the Systems Department, ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment and systems used by end users. Their role directly contributes to operational continuity through timely response to technical incidents and basic preventive support. Key responsibilities include assisting with installation, configuration, and verification of equipment and software; identifying and resolving basic technical issues; performing preventive maintenance on equipment; and logging and tracking incidents. Additionally, they provide user support for appropriate use of technological tools and assist in organizing technical information using Excel.
