Basic technical support to end users At A&A Copiadoras, an importer and distributor of office equipment and technology, we are seeking a **Computer Technician** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components for various users. * Install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on photocopiers. * Diagnose hardware and software technical faults and propose timely solutions. * Provide basic technical support to end users regarding the use of printing equipment. * Conduct operational testing and commissioning of new or repaired equipment. * Assist in the repair and maintenance of equipment both in the workshop and on-site (following prior training). **Requirements:** * Technical degree in computing, electronics, or related fields. * No prior experience required. * Driver’s license for field mobility (not mandatory).
