What will your responsibilities be? - Visit commercial establishments and financial centers. - Install and remove POS terminals. - Diagnose issues and determine appropriate corrective actions. - Replace POS terminal accessories. - Reconfigure POS terminals and replace them in case of failure. - Report completed tasks online via the mobile device management application. - Monitor inventory and apply FIFO principles. - Monitor SLA compliance for service requests. - Comply with the company’s Occupational Health and Safety regulations, in accordance with current legislation. What are the minimum requirements? - Technical studies in Computing, Informatics, Electronics, Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields. - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in technical support, field service, equipment maintenance, or installation. - Flexible availability and willingness to travel. - Professional appearance. - Basic Office software skills and user-level internet proficiency. - Familiarity with the city. - Travel to nearby areas — travel and meals covered. - Customer service orientation. - Ability to learn quickly.
