Three years’ experience as a field supervisor in civil works and/or earthmoving, including surface and underground mine construction. FUNCTIONS: Ensure efficient project progress to meet scheduled deadlines and projected profitability. Control assigned project resources (personnel, materials, equipment, etc.) for efficient utilization. Supervise execution of earthmoving, civil works, structures, installation, camps, access roads, and mining facilities, according to project scope. Control assigned project resources (personnel, materials, equipment, etc.) for efficient utilization. Review and analyze drawings for understanding, layout, setting-out, and corresponding field control using surveying. Responsible for field progress coordination with other departments and management.
