Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lifting Evaluation Supervisor - Instructor for a mining project, with experience in supervising lifting operations and ensuring compliance with ASME B30 and P30.1 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and validation of the monthly evaluation schedule.
2. Supervise field implementation of evaluations according to ASME B30 and P30.1.
3. Licensed engineer certified as a lifting instructor.
**We are currently seeking a Lifting Evaluation Supervisor \- Instructor** to join a major mining sector project. We seek a licensed engineer with extensive experience in supervising lifting operations, certifying and training operators, riggers, and supervisors, as well as applying ASME B30 and ASME P30\.1\ standards.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead operational service planning and validate the monthly evaluation schedule with the client.
* **Supervise field implementation of theoretical and practical evaluations, verifying compliance with ASME B30, ASME P30\.1, and applicable standards.**
* Technically validate evaluation results, ensuring consistency among theoretical, practical, and behavioral performance.
* Review and approve issuance of Fit / Not Fit determinations prior to their release on the platform.
* Ensure proper collection of digital evidence (checklists, photos, 360° video) and maintain traceability.
* Manage and resolve technical or operational incidents during service execution.
* Coordinate corrective actions, rescheduling, and operational adjustments with the client.
* Lead preparation and validation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Participate in technical follow-up meetings with the client and present executive results.
* Conduct evaluations when required.
**Academic Qualifications:**
* **Licensed professional engineer.**
* Certified instructor for lifting operators, riggers, and supervisors.
* Diploma certifying specific knowledge aligned with equipment used for training (mobile cranes, RT, AT, truck-mounted cranes, overhead cranes) and certification of lifting operators, riggers, and supervisors (national or international certifications accepted).
**Specific Experience:**
* Minimum five (05\) years of experience in evaluation, planning, and supervision of lifting operations in accordance with ASME B30 and ASME P30\.1\ standards.
