Accounting and Finance Assistant

We are **INTERNATIONAL CONNECTIONS EIRL**, a company specialized in the B2B import and distribution of spare parts for light agricultural machinery. We are seeking an ethical and meticulous professional to efficiently manage, control, and administer our financial and accounting resources. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Accounting and Taxation** * Maintain and update accounting records. * Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions. * Handle the preparation, declaration, and submission of taxes and tax obligations to SUNAT. **Treasury and Payments** * Manage and control the company's petty cash. * Process and approve expense settlements. * Carry out salary payments. * Record and monitor all operational and administrative expenses. **Collections and Commissions Management** * Support and coordinate collections management with Sales Executives. * Perform detailed calculation and execute commission payments to sales staff based on actual collections. **Reporting** * Prepare periodic financial reports required by General Management. * Analyze the company's financial and economic status to support decision-making. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed university or technical studies in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. * Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or finance roles. * Knowledge and experience managing accounting ledgers. * Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel. * Professional integrity and ethics, and availability to work full-time at the Central Office. **BENEFITS** * Salary range from 1250 to 2000 depending on responsibility level. * Formal employment contract. * Opportunity for professional growth in a key role for corporate decision-making. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Attention to detail and rigor * Autonomy and organization * Financial analysis * Interpersonal communication Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,250.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application questions: * Are you available to work in the city of Pichanaqui? * What is your salary expectation? * What is your experience with the submission of various accounting ledgers?
