Job Summary: We are seeking a Backhoe Loader Operator to manage waste, move materials, and adhere to the daily schedule at the Antamina mining unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate backhoe loader while moving and conditioning materials 2. Safely transport and sort waste materials 3. Adhere to the daily schedule ensuring operational efficiency and proper equipment usage Resiter Perú, a company dedicated to waste management through recycling, valorization, and reuse, is currently seeking a Backhoe Loader Operator/Antamina Mining Unit. Requirements: Completed secondary education Valid driver's license class A2B or higher Minimum 6 years of certified experience as a Backhoe Loader Operator in mining units (Mandatory) Valid backhoe loader training certificate (Mandatory for application) Availability to work under a 20-days-on/10-days-off regime Residence in Huaraz or Lima (Mandatory) Prior work experience with Antamina (Preferred but not mandatory) Immediate availability Responsibilities: Operate the backhoe loader for material movement, conditioning, loading, and unloading within the assigned area. Safely transport, stack, and sort non-recoverable waste components and other materials according to direct supervisor’s instructions. Dismantle or break down structures per operational requirements. Scrape, load, unload, and transport soil to designated containers or locations using appropriate equipment for each task. Adhere to the daily work schedule assigned by supervision, ensuring operational efficiency and proper equipment usage.
