**PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Degree holder and licensed professional
* Environmental, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* More than 2 years of work experience after licensure in areas related to the duties of this position
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Core responsibilities:**
* Manage requirements, authorization, and delivery of PPE.
* Deliver and schedule monthly 5-minute safety talks at the start of work.
* Administer the safety plan and program.
* Manage the company's solid waste assessment.
* Prepare daily activity, incident, and working hours reports.
* Update management tools.
* Resolve safety anomalies affecting activity execution.
* Ensure and conduct proper investigation of accidents and incidents within the organization.
* Monitor SSOMA management indicators and update the results matrix.
* Participate in document control activities for the OSH Management System (SGSST) per Law No. 29783 and its Regulation.
* Participate in field OSH inspections and report observations.
* Supervise order and cleanliness in the field.
* Develop and update IPERC matrices.
* Update the RISST.
* Manage and supervise field activity execution.
**WORK SCHEDULE**
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM \- 1:00 PM (for provincial projects, **flexible schedule** applies)
**WORK LOCATION**
Workplace: On-site employment in provinces (if applicable, willingness to undertake short trips according to project requirements)
