In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Verify equipment calibration status and operational readiness. * Maintain laboratory order and cleanliness, and comply with laboratory safety regulations. * Schedule work according to project priorities. * Prepare reagents and standards for testing. * Perform mechanical mineral preparation for geometallurgical studies. * Conduct metallurgical tests—including Work Index, JK, Abrasion, grinding, and flotation—according to established procedures and instructions. * Perform necessary quality controls during test execution. * Report required data and information for result evaluation in the designated records for each process. * Participate in developing analytical techniques or methods for new determinations. * Identify non-conformities or opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions specific to assigned activities. * Apply, maintain, and promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. **Requirements** * University graduate or technical bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or related fields. * One to two years of experience in fire assay analysis, carbon and sulfur determination, and/or mineral processing—especially gold-bearing minerals. * Proven experience in bullion analysis. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. **Additional Information** * Enrollment in intermittent payroll from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Ongoing training. * Corporate agreements.
