




**REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in a technical program in **Administration, Accounting or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar administrative roles. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage **staff travel allowances** and **accounts to be settled**, ensuring proper and timely reconciliation of disbursed funds. * Review and record **travel allowance settlements** in the accounting system promptly. * Coordinate and carry out **airline ticket purchases** for staff, ensuring efficient use of the company’s financial resources. * Properly register and archive **warehouse asset movements** to other branches using inbound and outbound delivery notes.
