At the request of our client, ILUMI, a company with over 27 years in the market, supplying high-tech and durable gastronomic and commercial equipment throughout Peru, we are seeking motivated, proactive, responsible, and dynamic individuals to fill the position of WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse and distribution. * Experience in logistics companies or heavy-load transportation. * Full and immediate availability. * Availability to work overtime. * Residency in Lurín or nearby areas. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work in Lurín. * Serious and responsible individuals. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:15 pm and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Picking and packing. * Support in product dispatch. * Other related duties assigned. **WE OFFER:** * Compensation: S/.1250 + S/.100 (Mobility bonus) * Paid overtime. * Career development path. * Formal payroll under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits. * Annual profit-sharing. * Monthly payment by month-end. * Starting from the 3rd month, access to the salary advance system.
