Job Summary: IBENTEL SAC is seeking an Electrical Installation Supervisor to ensure fieldwork, supervise personnel, and manage electromechanical projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure fieldwork and coordinate at all levels. 2. Ensure construction compliance according to project engineering. 3. Responsible for supervising direct personnel on site. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Electrical Installation Supervisor**: **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Ensure fieldwork and coordination at all levels. * Ensure construction compliance according to project engineering. * Responsible for supervising direct personnel on site. * Establishes or adjusts work procedures to develop production schedules. * Manages project budgets. * Reviews and approves material procurement requirements and ensures supply for projects. * Analyzes and resolves operational issues, supporting teams in solving fieldwork problems. * Project valuations. * Preparation of work reports. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Prior experience in supervision or site-resident roles. * Minimum 3–5 years of supervision experience in retail and office construction projects (residential, commercial, and industrial). * Experience preparing budgets, reports, official documents, and templates for direct and indirect costs. * Knowledge of project management, budgeting, and expertise in electrical installations. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project). * Willingness to travel (Optional) **SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES**: * Teamwork and leadership. * Excellent communication skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Negotiation skills. **BENEFITS**: * Formal employment with full statutory benefits from day one. **IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, APPLY NOW AND JOIN THE GREAT IBENTEL FAMILY!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,800\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please state your salary expectation (Mype) * Years of experience in supervisory positions Work location: On-site employment
