**We’re Looking for Talents Like You!** **TURISMO JAKSA**, a company with over 30 years of experience in interprovincial transportation, is seeking **Customer Service Staff on Route – With/Without Experience** to join our team on the **ICA/LIMA route.** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Tourism and Hospitality, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Availability for **FULL-TIME** work on **ROTATING SHIFTS** on the **ICA–LIMA route.** * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and a service-oriented attitude. * Residence in the **DISTRICT** of **ICA** or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide personalized service to passengers during the journey. * Ensure passenger comfort, cleanliness, and safety onboard. * Prepare and organize service materials (blankets, snacks, pillows, trays, etc.). * Conduct periodic rounds throughout the vehicle to address passenger needs. * Deliver the standardized welcome and safety announcement following company protocol. * Coordinate with staff in Lima and Ica during passenger boarding and disembarkation. * Ensure compliance with onboard service quality standards. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Monthly salary of S/1800. * Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime from day one. * Full statutory benefits at 100%. * Biweekly payments. * Career development path.
