Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible operator to actively participate in plant production, maintain equipment and areas, and support product organization. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to hygiene, health, and safety standards **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an operator in food and beverage production plants—especially in distillation—is desirable (but not mandatory). * Ability to perform physical work (lift moderate weight, stand for extended periods). * Proactivity, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to teamwork. * Availability to work rotating shifts and/or weekends according to production needs. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn on plant activities. **Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in various stages of production. * Appropriately operate assigned machinery and tools to execute work orders. * Maintain equipment, tools, and production areas in immaculate condition, strictly adhering to industrial hygiene, health, and safety standards. * Support internal product and material organization and transportation within the plant. * Perform duties under the supervision and guidance of immediate supervisors. **We Offer:** * Compensation of S/1350 plus a bonus of S/300 * Formal payroll enrollment from day one under the General Regime (timely payments) * SCTR and life insurance * Pleasant working environment * Agreement with SENATI * Product discounts Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,350.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
