If you have solid knowledge and experience handling the following responsibilities, we invite you to apply! **Key Responsibilities:** **Job Duties** * Attendance tracking, timesheet processing, payroll calculation, overtime, medical leaves, vacations, bonuses, CTS. * Employee follow\-up, contracts, renewals, addenda. * PLAME and AFPNET filings. * Preparation of payment files for Telecrédito, BBVA, and Interbank. * Registrations and deregistrations in T\-Registro. * Enrollment, inclusion, and renewal of Life Insurance Law, SCTR, EPS. * Employee performance evaluations, support in recruitment, CV screening. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the mentioned functions. * Proficiency in payroll systems and intermediate Excel skills. * Ability to analyze information.
