




We are seeking a proactive, organized, and analytically skilled Accounting Assistant to support the department’s accounting, financial, and administrative tasks. The position requires attention to detail, accountability, and a willingness to collaborate as part of a team. **Competencies:** * Highly collaborative and motivated. * Strong technical aptitude. * High degree of discretion, integrity, and confidential handling of information. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities. * Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change. * Effective time and workload management. * Willingness to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Identify current and future risks associated with the position by gathering information from various tools to generate reports and, where appropriate, propose improvements. * Support the preliminary preparation of Financial Statements. * Carry out assigned accounting, tax, or financial activities. * Gather requirements requested by governmental and non-governmental bodies related to operational management. * Record sales and purchases in the web-based management system. * Support the preparation and verification of cost centers. * Perform accurate bank reconciliations. * Coordinate budgetary activities through monitoring, reconciliation, and processing of payment requests, card purchases, reimbursements, and budgetary reports. * Draft, file, and review documents such as receipts, payment vouchers, reports, memoranda, and spreadsheets.
