Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor with over 10 years of general experience in mining and construction, and solid knowledge in project planning and management. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 Company: Mining and Construction Sector — We are currently seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for our service at SHOUGANG Mine (MARCONA). REQUIREMENTS Requirements: Licensed and registered Civil Engineer with over 10 years of general experience. Experience in constructing at least one hydroelectric project and projects with CAPEX exceeding USD 50 million. Within the last 5 years, must have held positions such as Project Control Manager, Technical Office Manager, Planning Specialist, Costing and Valuation Specialist, or equivalent. Experience managing construction contracts. Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6. Solid experience in project planning and scheduling, cost control, and valuation. Experience in construction and preparation of weekly, monthly, forecast, and LA3W reports. Experience reviewing change orders, claims, unit price analysis, schedule review, and interface coordination. Experience managing permits with state entities including MINEM, GORE, ANA, DREM-SENACE, PROVIAS, and others. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.6,000.00 – S/.7,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
