What is your main challenge? To execute the wiring, assembly, and installation processes of electrical panels according to the production schedule, provide necessary devices for production processes, and ensure equipment functionality. Location: ICA What are we looking for in you? * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM * Technical degree in industrial electricity or related fields * Electrical panel assembly * Reading electrical diagrams; wiring and connectivity; basic refrigeration What do we offer you? * Competitive market-aligned salary * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits * Career advancement opportunities within our company * Continuous training for your professional development Responsibilities: * Coordinate with the Production Supervisor on the work plan and resolution of observations in production processes within your scope of responsibility * Receive and inspect electrical materials (contactors, cables, timers, etc.) provided by the warehouse * Verify and validate electrical diagrams with Operations and Engineering departments * Verify correct assembly and connection of the equipment’s electrical system during and prior to dispatch * Perform programming and electrical testing of condensing units (electronic controllers, high-speed doors) * Perform electrical assembly of condensing units Don’t miss this opportunity to grow with us!
