Human Resources Coordinator – CITIC Heavy Industries Peru** At CITIC Heavy Industries Peru, we are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our project in Marcona, with our client Shougang Iron Peru. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within industrial and mining sectors. * Knowledge of current labor legislation and regulations (desirable).\- Specialization or diploma in Human Resources, Labor Legislation, Personnel Management, Payroll, and/or related areas. * Experience supervising payroll, personnel management and administration, and developing and implementing training programs. * Knowledge and experience in recruitment, onboarding, development, organizational climate, culture, and change management. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Office.\- Intermediate-to-advanced English (mandatory for communication with management and reporting).
