Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, implement, and lead from scratch the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), strengthening the prevention culture. Strong planning ability, autonomy, and leadership We are looking for an **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Supervisor \- Pisco Branch**! At Asencios Food, we are searching for a professional ready to take on the challenge of designing, implementing, and leading from scratch our Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), contributing to strengthening the prevention and safety culture across all our locations. Base location: Pisco Willingness to travel frequently to our various branches. **Main Challenges:** * Design and implement the OSHMS from scratch. * Develop the OSH policy, IPERC, risk map, internal regulations, and annual OSH plan. * Supervise compliance with safety standards across all operations. * Investigate incidents and propose improvement actions. * Lead training programs and strengthen the preventive culture. * Manage indicators, inspections, and regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Prior experience in food or food service companies is desirable. * Diploma or specialization in OSH (desirable). * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Strong planning ability, autonomy, and leadership.
