Job Summary: ETNA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee recycling and smelting processes, manage personnel, and monitor efficiency at our Ventanilla plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead recycling and smelting production processes. 2. Train and supervise work teams. 3. Monitor overall equipment efficiency (OEE). At ETNA, a leading Peruvian company providing energy solutions for Peru and the world, we are currently seeking a **Production Supervisor** for our recycling and smelting plant located in the district of **Ventanilla**. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Supervise the recycling production process at the Ventanilla plant. * Report and record shift production in the SAP system. * Request raw materials, consumables, supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) from the warehouse department. * Supervise and control production losses and non-conforming products. * Train new staff on their assigned tasks within each production process, and deliver mandatory safety talks during each shift. * Record and monitor overall equipment efficiency (OEE) to ensure plant availability, performance, and quality at the recycling facility. * Complete shift reporting. * At the start of each shift, verify that all personnel are present and fully equipped with required PPE. * Conduct PETS (Written Safe Work Procedures) for any missing activities. * Supervise and verify that critical environmental protection and conservation equipment is in optimal condition. * Supervise and manage raw material, consumable, and supply inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure compliance with the production schedule. * Perform other duties related to this position. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in lead recovery processes (preferred). * Experience working in industrial smelting, metal-mechanical, or related plants. * Proven experience leading work teams. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Mobility bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * 50% covered EPS health insurance (optional). * Other corporate benefits including Family Allowance (for employees with children), Schooling Bonus, Newborn Bonus, Marriage Bonus, Financial support in case of immediate family member’s death, and Loans. * Discounts on battery purchases and more.
