If you meet the profile and wish to contribute your experience in the agro-export sector, please send your updated CV to: reclutamientoydesarrollo@safcoperu.com or to phone numbers 933206452 – 924457157, with the subject line “Certifications and Training Assistant”. **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify that the Annual Training Plan is approved and up to date. * Collect training programs and schedules from all departments. * Verify compliance with scheduled timelines and planned content. * Analyze post-training learning evaluation results. * Monitor employee attendance at training sessions. * Validate that trainers adhere to required content and methodologies. * Prepare periodic reports on plan execution (executed vs. planned). * Report deviations and propose corrective actions. * Suggest improvements in training management, methodologies, and workflow. **Position Profile** ***Academic Qualifications*** * Completed technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. ***Experience*** * **Minimum 1 year** of experience in Human Resources or Certifications. * Experience in tracking training programs, document management, report preparation, and indicator analysis. ***Knowledge*** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of Power BI.
