Support in the execution of crop and production plans (planting, sowing, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, phytosanitary control, and harvesting). Perform daily monitoring of crops, reporting incidents, pests, or deviations to the Agronomist Engineer. Supervise the proper application of agrochemicals and fertilizers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Assist in the calibration and basic maintenance of agricultural equipment (irrigation systems, machinery, and tools). Maintain weekly field records of activities performed, inputs used, yields, irrigation, and weather conditions. Participate in sample collection when requested by the supervisor, in order to conduct analyses to determine the nutritional status, microbiological condition, and quality of crops, as well as the optimal harvest or grape harvest timing. Carry out harvest forecasts for assigned crops. Comply with and promote Occupational Health and Safety standards, GAP, and HACCP. Participate in sustainable management practices, water and soil conservation. Collaborate in internal and external audits of the production area. Support demonstration or academic activities in coordination with the School of Professional Engineering in Enology and Viticulture and the School of Professional Engineering in Agroindustrial Engineering.
