Growth opportunities and career path within the real estate sector **Position Objective:** Manage and ensure proper handling of customers’ after-sales requests, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, response timeframes, and warranty conditions, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and the company’s reputation. **Requirements:** * Required degree(s) or training: Architecture. * Years of experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience. * Specific experience in: Real estate after-sales management or real estate project after-sales management. Warranty handling and direct customer interaction. Coordination with contractors and suppliers. * Required tools or software: S10, Sperant, MS Office (Intermediate Excel), incident management software, blueprint reading (Intermediate AutoCAD). **Responsibilities:** * Receive, register, and manage customer after-sales complaints and requests (e.g., cracks, leaks, finishes, installations, among others). * Coordinate on-site technical inspections with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and site supervisors. * Monitor the execution and closure of after-sales work within established timeframes. * Verify that after-sales responses comply with technical specifications, contracts, and warranty policies. * Prepare progress reports, after-sales performance indicators, and reports on recurring incidents for continuous improvement. **Technical and Soft Skills** * Technical: Knowledge of construction processes and finishes. Blueprint and technical specification interpretation. Warranty and contract management. Deadline control and incident tracking. * Soft: Customer orientation. Effective communication and conflict resolution. Organization and planning. Negotiation ability.
