Mandatory: **Reside in Chincha or nearby areas** **Work location:** Chincha Alta / Marcona – Ica **Required professions:** * Mechanical Engineers * Electrical Engineers * Mining Engineers Minimum desirable experience: 2–5 years supervising maintenance work and metallurgical-mechanical projects (welding activities) Skills relevant to the position, such as leadership, effective communication, and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Development of SWPs (Safe Work Procedures):** Support the preparation of Written Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), including hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of control measures, in compliance with applicable safety regulations. * **Technical Reports and Reports:** Participate in field data collection, investigation of occupational incidents or accidents, and preparation of technical reports and follow-up reports. * **Control and Analysis of Information:** Record and consolidate field data related to operational activities, preparing reports for work progress tracking, safety, and activity control. * **Field Supervision Support:** Provide support in supervising operational activities, verifying compliance with procedures, safety standards, and proper execution of work. * **Process Control:** Identify deviations, losses, or operational risks during work execution and propose improvement actions to optimize processes. * Coordinate projects internally with various departments. * Review mechanical discipline deliverables, such as equipment lists, descriptive memos, quantity take-offs, technical specifications, data sheets, and engineering reports. * Participate in meetings with clients. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the integrated management system for quality, environment, occupational health and safety in all performed activities. **Requirements:** * **Graduate or Bachelor’s degree** in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering. * Experience or participation in **projects, professional internships, fieldwork, or activity supervision** (desirable). * Knowledge of **SWP development, technical reporting, and safety reports**. * Basic knowledge of **industrial safety, hazard identification, and risk control**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Project, S10**. * Ability to **perform fieldwork, coordinate with operational staff, and prepare technical documentation**. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * **Availability to work in Marcona – Ica**. * Valid driver’s license. **Benefits:** * **Formal employment registration with statutory benefits from day one** * **Market-competitive remuneration** * **Learning opportunities and an excellent team environment** **Position Type: Full-time** **Application:** Send updated CV indicating in the subject line: **Junior Engineer – Grupo Rojas Ingenieros** rrhh.gring@gmail.com Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
